1. Purpose and scope

This Privacy Policy (hereinafter the ‘Policy’) governs the collection, use, processing, storage and protection of the personal data of users (hereinafter ‘Users’) of the services offered by TEEW TICKETS (hereinafter the ‘Platform’), operated by TEEW TECH, registered in the Trade Register under number RC: SN DKR 2021 B 39399 and having its registered office at the address Almadies front de mer villa n° 13/5721.

TEEW TICKETS may receive information about Users from third-party partners, in particular :

  • Payment service providers;
  • Any other entity with which the User has expressly consented to the sharing of his/her data

3. Purposes of data processing

Personal data is kept for a period strictly necessary for the purposes for which it was collected :

  • Account data : kept for as long as the User has an active account, then deleted after 12 months of inactivity;
  • Transaction data : kept for 5 years in accordance with legal obligations;
  • Browsing data : deleted after 6 months

In accordance with Senegalese data protection law and the RGPD, Users have the following rights :

  • Right of access : obtain a copy of the personal data held by TEEW TICKETS;
